Seniors

We have an active community of Seniors here at Creekwood.  The Seniors are active in every area of the church from weekday office volunteers, to handyman crew, to Disciple Bible Study and two very active Sunday Morning Small Groups!  If you are a Senior looking for a church home, join us and see where you can get involved in the life and ministry of Creekwood UMC!

EMPTY NESTERS. Men and women whose children are grown and out of the home are seeking to learn more about their faith together.  They do studies which require little study and often have a video series with it.  Fellowship and Christian support is a big part of what makes this group special.  Meet on Sunday mornings during the 9:45 service at the Worship Center in room 106.

CELEBRATION CLASS. The "more experienced" members of our congregation have this opportunity to join a new small study group.  Group meets Sunday at 9:45 at the Lovejoy Elementary Cafeteria.   Celebration class is a great venue for those seniors looking to enhance their Sunday morning worship experience with fun, fellowship and learning.    Led by Charlie Crane and other class members.

foundations CLASS.    The Foundations class is a great venue for those seniors looking for a more intimate group and daily Bible Study.  Meets in the Worship Center in Room 105 at 11:00 on Sunday Mornings.

Weekday Office Volunteer.  If you are interested in volunteering in the office any day of the week to help with answering the phones and assisting ministry areas with various tasks, please contact Annmarie Barajas at abarajas@creekwoodumc.org
